Noah brings 15 years of hardware and software engineering experience, specializing in embedded systems, Edge AI development, and custom electronics design. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran who served as Fire Power Control Team Radio Chief (Sergeant, two combat tours in Iraq), Noah combines military precision with innovative problem-solving.

Named on US Patent #10,958,056 for power distribution systems, he has also taught Electrical Engineering at Ferris State University for three years. Currently pursuing his Master's in Electrical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder, Noah leads REi's hardware development and embedded AI initiatives across Windows, iOS, Linux, and embedded platforms using C/C++, Python, and VHDL.


Dean L. Reyburn, RPT, CyberTuner Developer, REi Vice President

Dean brings 43 years of software engineering experience, specializing in AI systems, legacy code modernization, and cross-platform development. Expert in C/C++, Objective-C, Swift, Python, CUDA-C, and GPU computing (Metal, OpenGL), he has built systems spanning from low-level parallel processing to modern iOS applications.

With four US Patents (5,719,343, 5,773,737, 5,814,748, 5,929,358) and deep expertise in AI inference, machine learning, and parallel computing, Dean leads REi's software architecture and AI development. His unique combination of software engineering and 48 years as a Registered Piano Technician (RPT, CTE, TEC) gives him rare insight into building AI systems for specialized technical domains. Dean has taught Piano Technology at PTG conventions for 30 years and specializes in UI/UX design, software security, and reliable systems across MacClassic, Windows, WinMobile, macOS, iOS, and Linux platforms.
